The dependence on technology and digital solutions in learning has gone up significantly which has further intensified the need for a digitally skilled workforce. In the new normal, modern learners need to continually upskill and reskill themselves to remain at pace with the evolving ecosystem. There has been a spike in demand for digital content that is engaging, succinct, relevant and easily accessible for remote employees. The onus is now on L&D to nurture the needs of these learners while ensuring engagement for enhanced learner experiences.
