When it comes to the Learning Management System (LMS) and the Learning Experience Platform (LXP), the difference is in the ‘driver’ of the learning journey. For the former, it’s the learning administrator who ‘assigns’ the training – admin-driven, while for the latter it’s the learner who chooses from the available learning content – learner-driven. However, it’s not as black and white as it looks.
